Ruling party Secretariat decides to put projects under MCC on hold until the US programme gets House ratification

A section of Nepal Communist Party leaders is opposing the government move of including some MCC projects in the budget.

The Secretariat meeting of the ruling Nepal Communist Party held at Baluwatar on Saturday. Besides nine Secretariat members, Finance Minister Yubaraj Khatiwada, Foreign Minister Pradeep Gyawali and Standing Committee member Bhim Rawal were present in the meeting.
